PTE Home A1 measures your English speaking and listening skills at CEFR* Level A1. You receive either a 'pass' or 'fail' result.

To take PTE Home you will need to book a test and go to a secure Pearson test center. You will use a computer with a headset to read and listen to questions and provide spoken answers from 32 questions for up to 22 minutes.
PTE Home A2 is the right test for you if you want to extend a visa for ‘Spouse/partner’ or ‘Parent of a dependent’ after 2.5 years, and you need to certify that you can communicate in English at CEFR* level A2.
To take a PTE Home test you will need to attend a secure Pearson test center. You will use a computer and headset to listen to, read and answer questions. The PTE Home A2 test has 30-33 items and lasts up to 25 minutes. There are 3 question types:

The PTE Home B1 test is approved by UK Visas and Immigration government agency for both settlement (indefinite leave to remain) and citizenship applications.
